At the end of the month of Ramadan, we should pray to Allah for His fadl and thank Him for the opportunities He's given us in the form of great rewards and forgiveness.

Transliteration
Allahumma taqabbal minna siyamana fi ramadan, wa qiyamana wa rukoo'ana wa sujoodana bi rahmatika ya arhamar rahimeen
English translation
O Allah, accept from us our fasts in Ramadan and our Qiyam (nightly prayers) and our bowing and prostrations by Your grace, O You Who is the Most Gracious
