حسبنااللہ ونعمل الوکیل

Method
1) After you have offered your Isha prayer
2) Make wudu
3) Sit in a place where there is no distraction
4) Recite Durood e Ibrahimi (durood shareef) one time
5) Recite the above dua 300 times
6) Recite Durood e Ibrahimi (durud shareef) one more time
Keep following the above method until your exams finish.
The most important thing about this dua is the more you dwell on its meaning, the better your results will be. We often make the mistake by not paying attention to the meaning of duas and end up reciting with no real feelings. Feelings of power, hope and confidence will be created only when you dwell on its meaning.
Keep reciting it when you enter examination hall
In addition to the after-Isha method, you should also recite this dua when you enter your examination hall. Keep reciting it with full faith in Allah, His intelligence, and mercy.
By reciting this dua, you are declaring that Allah is the one who is the Creator of your exams, the Creator of your teachers, the Creator of the building you are going to take your exam, the Creator of your memory that you will be using to write in your exam, the Creator of the pen/computer/pencil you will be using in your exam.
