Send salawat on Prophet ﷺ‎ as much as possible

Do you want to know how important it is to send Salawat upon Prophet Muhammad ﷺ‎ ? If yes, then consider this verse from the Quran:

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ وَمَلٰٓٮِٕكَتَهٗ يُصَلُّوۡنَ عَلَى النَّبِىِّؕ يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا صَلُّوۡا عَلَيۡهِ وَسَلِّمُوۡا تَسۡلِيۡمًا‏ ﴿۵۶

Transliteration

Inallaha wa malaikatahu Yu-salluna alan nabi - Ya Ayyuhal lazina amanu sallu alaihi wa sallimu tasleema

 

English Translation

Surely, Allah and (all) His angels send blessings and greetings on the Holy Prophet (blessings and peace be upon him). O believers! Invoke blessings on him and salute him with a worthy salutation of peace abundantly (and fervently). [Surah Al Ahzab 56]

 

The verse mentioned above highlights the significance of sending Salawat upon Prophet ﷺ‎  as Allah Himself sends it, and angels do it. This verse also highlights the status Prophet Muhammad ﷺ‎  holds in the eyes of God and in the Heavens Alhamdulillah. 

So, Allah also wants us all to send blessings and salam upon His Prophet ﷺ‎ . 

Recite Salawat in Arabic with translation  

 

Transliteration

Allaahumma salli 'alaa Muhammadinw wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammad; kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheem, 'innaka Hameedum Majeed.

Allaahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammadinw wa 'alaa 'aali Muhammadin; kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'Ibraaheema wa 'alaa 'aali 'Ibraaheema, 'innaka Hameedum Majeed.
