When it comes to Islamic law, a rukn is an obligatory act whose failure to perform the act renders it invalid. If a Rukn is not performed, the entire performance must be re-created. When Rukn is invalidated, it is impossible to compensate for it through Fidyah.

-To spend even a single minute between noon and Fajr performing Wuquf at Arafat on the 9th of Dhul Hijjah would be a great blessing.
