1) Prophet SAW repented More than 70 times a day
Abu Hurraira RA reported: "Allah's Messenger peace and blessings be upon Him said, 'By Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah and I repent to Him more than seventy times in a day,'" [Bukhari 6307]2) Allah comes to 1st heaven every night to grant forgiveness
Prophet Mohammad SAW said, "Our Lord, the blessed, the Superior, comes every night down on the nearest heaven to us when the last third of the night remains saying, 'Is there anyone to invoke Me, so that I may respond to invocation? Is there anyone to ask Me so that I may grant his request? Is there anyone seeing My forgiveness, so that I may forgive him?'" "The one who regularly says Istighfar, that is, frequently repent to Allah for sins committed, Allah will open a path from poverty and difficulties. All sorrows and hardships will be removed, and in its place prosperity and contentment is granted. One will receive sustenance (rizq) from unimagined and unexpected sources. Abdullah Ibn Umar narrated, "We counted that the Messenger of Allah would say a hundred times during a meeting. 'Rabbigh fir li wa-tub alayya innaka antat tawwabur raheem,'
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَتُبْ عَلَىَّ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيمُ "
"My Lord forgive me and pardon me. You are the Pardoning and Forgiving One.'" [Sahi Albani, Sunan Abi Dawus 1516]
6) Allah accepts repentance until death
Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: "Prophet SAW said, 'Indeed Allah accepts the repentance of a salve as long as (his soul does not reach his throat) [Tirmidhi 3537]

7) Allah is extremely happy when someone repents
Au Hurraira (RA) narrated: "The Messenger of Allah SAW said, 'Allah is more delighted with the repentance of one of you, than one of you is, when finding his lost animal,'" [Tirmidhi 3538]
8) Repentance before dawn is unimaginably precious
Abu Hurraira (RA) narrated: "Messenger of Allah SAW said, 'He who repents before the Sun rises from the west, Allah will forgive him,'" [Muslim book 1, hadith 17]
9) Repenting from sin makes you like a person who didn't sin
Abu Ubadah Bin Abdullah narrates that his father said, "The Messenger of Allah SAW said, 'The one who repents from sin is like one who did not sin.'"
10) Allah grants forgiveness all the time
Abu Musa Al Ash'ri (RA) reported, "The Prophet SAW said, 'Allah, the Exalted, will continue to stretch out His Hand in the night so that the sinners of the day may repent, and continue to stretch His Hand in the daytime so that the sinners of the night may repent, until the Sun rises from the West.'" 11) Allah forgives sins like zina, stealing, drinking alcohol
It is narrated that Abu Hurrira RA said: "No one who commits zina is a believer at the moment when he is committing zina, no one who steals is a believer at the moment when he is stealing; no one who drinks wine is a believer at the moment when he is drinking wine." - And he mentioned a fourth but I (narrator) have forgotten it . - "When he does that, the yoke of Islam is shed from his neck, but if he repents, Allah accepts his repentance."
