Surah Al Kausar is the 108th and the shortest of all Surahs of Quran. Surah Kausar is also one of the surahs that Muslims regularly recite it during Salah as its being shortest makes it easy to memorise.
Here's the English transliteration of this Surah:
"Inna a'taena kal Kausar
Fasalli-li-rabbika wanharr
Inna shaani-aka hu-wal abtarr
I have taken special care to make this transliteration easy to pronounce and easy to understand by using English word sentences and structures that make it sound the same as the original Quran text and standard recitation of this Surah.
Memorising this Surah is easy and you know it is the shortest. A negative trend I have noticed here in the subcontinent (India and Pakistan being the most prominent) that people use this beautiful Surah as a "Ruqya" (or even worse a spell) intended to harm their "enemies" or any person whom they believe is their enemy. They recite it multiple time during certain days with the hope that Allah will let down their enemy (and I think this is where it becomes sorcery).
Allah says in Quran (Surah Al Isra 17:11): "Man prays for evil as he ought to pray for good"
Where is the meaning ????
