Careem trolls PML N with a promocode - risks losing customers in Punjab

Careem, an application-based transportation company, got itself in trouble after it tried trolling PML N (Muslim League Nawaz) by introducing a promocode.

The promocode "Mujhay Kyun Nikala?" angered a large number of PML N supporters and culminated in an even nastier outcome for the company with a number of N league Facebook pages launching Careem-boycott campaigns.

The official Facebook page of Careem got flooded with criticism soon after the company updated its new pomocode status. The company's page admin was then seen apologising to the users who advised Careem to stick to its core business values and not be politically biased.
