What is the best Islamic dua to recite in the morning and in the evening?
What could be a better way to start your day by reciting a powerful and beautiful dua and then go about doing your daily activities.
Islamic dua to recite in morning and evening
Transliteration: "Allahumma bika asbahna wabika amsaina wabika nahya wabika namootu wa-ilaikan-nushoor"

Translation: O Allah ! with Your power, we have to come to the morning, with Your power we have come to the evening, with Your power we live and we die, and to You we will return.

Our egoic mindset usually keeps us mentally and spiritually trapped in superficial realities of life and universe around us that we tend to forget Allah who is actually the real doer of things.

We are hard-wired not to be grateful as Allah refers to humans as ungrateful and thankless, which makes it extremely important for us to consciously think of Allah's workings and His creation. Allah has repeatedly told us to be thankful for His favors and blessings upon us and this beautiful dua is the much-needed reminder of our reality.

This dua can be recited right after fajr salah in the morning and after Asr Salah in the evening.

Thanks for reading Dua to recite in the morning and in evening
