Quran has mentioned the crucifixion of Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him). Quran talks about how Jesus was crucified, but Allah made it appear to the killers that they had killed Him by crucifying.
* Surah An-Nisa - Verse 157
English Translation: That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not
Transliteration: Waqau-lihim inna qatalnal maseeha e-sabna maryama rasool-Allahi wama qataloohu wama salaboohu walaakin shubbiha lahum. Wa-innal-lazeenakh-talafu feehi lafi shak-kim minhu maa lahum bihi min ilmin illat-tibaa-az-zan. Wama qataloohu yaqeena
